Nice evening session with Mark and Maker.
Wind was swinging slightly off but mainly cross/off.
Rigged 7.7 Hellcat with 146L and yep way over on first run, should 6.5M. Just cant get things right, couldn't bear off or gybe, so switch to the 120L and a little better was still too big. Found some swell/waves to play coming in, but couldn't duck them going out as couldn't / daren't bear off, so at bit bumpy at times.
Every time I relaxed to just enjoy the swell either Maker or Mark tried to burn me up, screwing my attempts to chill!
Just cant have them muppets with their £50 EBay gear walk all over the JP pro and take the pee! Sheeting hard in rough water is very tiring, but kept them at bay though tired much too quick.
Sea was nice, but 6.5 / 120 would have been perfect. Session weren't long even as had to rest a couple of times.
The autumn feel is def here and needed a long sauna session to get the blood back up.
